English proficiency paves the way for international university achievement and career success. Our English Language Learning program delivers the courses that students seek, helping to transform ELL beginners into university-ready learners.

Our Program Delivers:

  • Qualified, U.S.-based, native English-speaking ELL teachers
  • Thirteen semester courses (each 18 weeks) aligned with CEFR (Common European Framework Reference) levels of proficiency, covering pre-A1 through B2 levels
  • Ongoing assignments and assessments that allow students to show mastery at each CEFR level
  • Always accessible learning, available on phone, tablet, or computer

The ELL program prepares students in grades K-12 for more advanced coursework, such as our Dual Diploma program and K-12 academic courses.

A Comprehensive Education

Our innovative program provides a fully integrated experience. Students use listening, speaking, reading, and writing activities as they work on skills to improve their English usage in an academic setting.

To support all students, PCDGC offers two age-appropriate formats. Each format includes a series of semester-length (0.5 credit) online courses. Free placement testing ensures students are enrolled in the correct ELL courses.

K-3 elementary level:

Our program for grades K-3 is designed to help young students develop their English language proficiency skills to prepare for HGS elementary courses and beyond. We offer six new courses (pre-A1 level), each lasting 18 weeks, and a highly interactive platform built to engage young learners.
